Inspection
Testing

Our highly trained asbestos team hold the BOHS P401, P402, P403 and P404 qualifications required to carry out asbestos inspection and testing. In addition to this our staff also hold the BOHS P405 qualification for the management of asbestos in buildings. With this level of expertise, we are uniquely placed to assist our clients in complying with their statutory requirements, that by law, place a duty on them to manage asbestos containing materials (ACM’s) throughout their portfolio.

Accredited Services Include:

  • Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys within the domestic, commercial and industrial property sectors
  • Asbestos Air Monitoring and 4-Stage Clearance Testing

Additional Services Include:

  • Development of asbestos management strategies to include the production of Management Plans, Asbestos Registers and Emergency Services information Packs
